Donations made through the Site are processed by our third-party partner, Humanitru (sahaglobal.humanitru.com, operated by Totem Systems Inc.). We do not directly collect or store your payment card details; these are handled by Humanitru in accordance with its own Privacy Policy and applicable payment security standards. We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including to maintain donor and partner records, meet legal and financial reporting obligations, and resolve disputes.

Saha operates in both the United States and Ghana. Information you provide may be accessed, stored, or processed in either country, or by service providers located elsewhere, as needed to operate the Site and our programs. By using the Site, you understand your information may be transferred outside your country of residence.
