These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of sahaglobal.org (the “Site”), operated by Saha Global, Inc. together with its affiliated Ghanaian entity Saha Global, LBG (collectively, “Saha,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Donations made through links on the Site are processed by our third-party partner, Humanitru (operated by Totem Systems Inc.), and are subject to Humanitru’s own Terms of Use in addition to these Terms.
